Mr. Sinha holds valid licenses issued by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) under registration numbers 07/सी0टी0टी0पी0/2015-16, 05/टी0टी0पी0/2016-17, and 48/सी0टी0टी0पी0/2017-18. These licenses authorize him to prepare all documentation required for building permits, provide structural calculations for buildings up to 500 square meters or 5 storeys (16 meters) in height, and issue supervision and completion certificates for all types of structures.

He is also approved to design and submit service and development plans in compliance with LDA norms, and to certify supervision for land development across all zones. With a proven track record in architectural planning and execution, we specialize in delivering high-quality projects tailored to institutional, commercial, and government needs.
